Nate Kessen

Director, Delivery Operations

Nate Kessen, Director of Delivery Operations, has more than a decade of experience at Actalent. Nate’s experience at Actalent includes years spent as a senior manager, account manager, delivery manager, recruiting manager and technical recruiting lead. Prior to joining Actalent, he served as an operations supervisor for UPS. He has experience leading and directing cross-functional teams to deliver projects to Actalent's off-highway construction equipment, automotive, medical device and consumer products clients. Nate works closely with Actalent's technical product development, corporate operations, sales and support services teams to ensure all needs are met and delivered to best-in-class standards. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Northern Illinois University.
