	Actalent PRIDE Actalent PRIDE is a community for LGBTQ+ members and allies to come together to celebrate our differences, share experiences, and support each other in our personal and professional journeys.
	Empowered Women of Actalent Empowered Women of Actalent focuses on the attraction, retention, and engagement of our female partners. The group strives to foster a culture that empowers our employees to be their true authentic selves to help reach their true potential.
	BIPOC Our BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) ERG creates a shared, safe place for members to take risks, find support, think big, and advocate for others. The group aims to remove barriers and create a forum to highlight professional opportunities, foster career growth, and drive retention throughout the organization.
	Military and First Responders The Military and First Responder community encompasses members and their families who support and encourage each other through shared experiences and professional growth. The group serves colleagues through intentional collaboration, effective communication, and relationship building.
	Health and Fitness at Actalent The Health and Fitness ERG aims to attract and retain colleagues who have a passion and interest in achieving a healthier lifestyle by fostering a community that harnesses the power of each individual. This group strives to help colleagues pursue the best version of themselves throughout their personalized journey. They aim to accept each other while providing guidance and education to help achieve our goals. Through community support, they empower members to find greatness within themselves, celebrate success and elevate their quality of life.
	Parents at Actalent The Parents at Actalent ERG was formed to better position our parents, parents-to-be and caregivers on their unique paths to reaching their full potential both in their work and with their families. Their mission is to educate around current available resources as well as to drive necessary change within our organization through creating an inclusive, safe and collaborative community where the challenges and rewards of being a working parent, parent-to-be or caregiver are shared.
