Fourth consecutive year of recognition reflects Actalent’s commitment to service excellence

The company earned a Client NPS of 60.3%, above the industry's 2024 average of 45%, while its Consultant NPS of 59.1% was nearly double the industry's 2024 average of 30%.

An impressive 94.4% agreed that their Actalent partner made efforts to ensure they were set up for success in their role, while 91.5% said their recruiters at Actalent advocate for them and their career.
