Rodger Brown

Senior Manager, Global Quality Assurance

Rodger Brown is the senior manager leading for Actalent’s global Quality Assurance Unit (QAU). In his position, he oversees quality assurance teams throughout the organization and has expanded the organization’s quality management system (QMS) globally. Rodger’s responsibilities include addressing customer requirements and focusing on continuous improvement.

Rodger has more than 50 years of experience and training. He served in the military for ten years, gaining leadership experience. He is passionate about Actalent’s veterans and first responders employee resource group and the organization’s supplier taskforce. Rodger has engineering and research experience in various industries, including military, medical device, pharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical, commercial, industrial, and controlled substances. He attended the University of Alaska and Phyllip Cosby Quality College. Outside of work, he spends time with his family and grandchildren, Jonah and Beatrice, and has an interest in dogs.
