Eileen is a program manager within Actalent’s Scientific Support Services with more than 15 years of experience in the life sciences industry. Her background includes preclinical research, toxicology study coordination, laboratory operations and strategic leadership. She is known for driving operational excellence, building high‑performing teams and delivering innovative solutions within complex laboratory environments.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from North Carolina State University and maintains active certification as a PMI‑PMP.
