Practice Lead

Brooks serves as a practice lead at Actalent. Based in New Orleans , Brooks leads a team of recruiters and sales professionals supporting Actalent’s Transmission, Distribution & Power and Architecture, Engineering & Construction verticals teams across the Gulf Coast region.

Since joining Actalent in 2007 after earning his B.S. in Business Administration from Mississippi State University, Brooks has dedicated his career to supporting clients within the energy sector. He has developed deep expertise in CapEx project solutions, spanning engineering through field execution.

Brooks is also passionate about building lasting relationships and fostering high-performing, collaborative teams. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, staying active through exercise, being on the water and traveling.
