Specialization III, Construction Management

Brent serves as a specialization lead for Construction Management at Actalent, supporting the North region. With over six years at the company, he has built a strong presence in the Electrical Construction industry, particularly within the rapidly expanding Data Center sector. He partners closely with mechanical, electrical and plumbing, and mission critical construction firms to help them identify and secure top-tier talent.

Brent joined Actalent in 2019 as a recruiter and quickly advanced to an account manager role just six months later. He embraced this new challenge amid the economic uncertainty of 2020, demonstrating adaptability and creative problem-solving that enabled him to deliver consistent results.

Before his time at Actalent, Brent served in the U.S. Army for ten years. His military experience instilled in him a deep sense of discipline, resilience and a mission-driven mindset—qualities that continue to shape his professional approach. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in military science.
