Actalent Presents at the 2024 BEYA STEM Conference with Four Panelists and Three Speakers

Panelists to outline several career development strategies and insights for STEM professionals

Hanover, Md. (Feb. 13, 2024) – Actalent, a leading engineering and sciences services and talent solutions company, today announced that four of its employees will serve as panelists, and three as speakers, at this year’s annual Black Engineer of the Year Awards (BEYA) Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Conference. Now in its 38th year, BEYA38 will take place February 15-17, 2024, online and in-person at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore.

The firm’s panelists will address several hiring and career development topics, including job search skills, interview tips, workplace communication strategies and inclusive engagement and development. In addition, Practice Director Chris Jock, Program Manager Dayton Rhymes, and Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Olakunle Arowolo will present a seminar focused on helping underrepresented communities excel in the engineering and science fields through upskilling initiatives.
