Shameer Meethal, Actalent Group Manager for software and systems, brings 15 years of engineering and management experience to the team, including automotive, industrial products, medical and consumer products. He joined Actalent in 2018 after having served as Project Manager for L&T Technology Services for 12 years and as Director and Technical Manager at his startup Mars Innovative Technologies for two years. He has been working on research projects and has a patent for the design of a circuit for industrial field controllers used in automotive manufacturing plants to control robotic arms and sensors. With specialization in technical solutioning for software and systems engineering services, project management, hardware and system architecture and quality management system process creation, Shameer excels at building and managing teams of hardware engineers and system engineers to successfully execute projects. He earned his bachelor of engineering degree in electronics and communication engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology, India.
