Over the years, he has held key roles including program manager and on-premises manager, consistently driving value for clients through strategic project leadership and deep industry insight.

With a focus on capital expansion efforts, he partners directly with clients to align on strategic goals, identify project risks and develop tailored project scopes that leverage Actalent’s world-class services. He leads both client relationship management and project delivery teams, ensuring seamless execution and long-term success. His leadership has been instrumental in supporting major initiatives for one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies.

Before joining Actalent, Jake built a strong foundation in workforce development and industrial operations through a human resources role in the manufacturing sector. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and earned his PMP certification in 2020.
