Holden Tseeng, PE, PMP, has more than 17 years of experience leading the project management and engineering execution of complex substation projects ranging from 4 kV to 345 kV. Project capital values have been up to $30 million. His clients have included electric utilities and manufacturers. He is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Holden holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Power Focus) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
