Andrew Solis

Safety Manager, Project Management

Andrew Solis is a seasoned safety manager at Actalent, where he leads safety initiatives and ensures regulatory compliance on major utility and infrastructure projects within the Project Management practice. He brings 17 years of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) experience in complex, high-risk environments across the power sector—including generation, transmission, and distribution—as well as in agricultural manufacturing, petrochemical plants, and refineries.

Andrew’s leadership has been instrumental in cultivating strong safety cultures across multiple regions, many of which have achieved over a decade of incident-free operations. He has deep expertise in incident case management, contractor coordination, and the development and implementation of comprehensive safety programs.

Before joining Actalent, Andrew played a pivotal role in numerous large-scale construction projects, including LNG facility builds, HRSG installations, and natural gas conversion initiatives.

He holds an Associate of Arts degree from Amarillo College and maintains CHST and OHST certifications through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
