Actalent Leadership to Oversee Aston Carter, Provider of World-Class Corporate Talent

Internal alignment within Allegis Group reflects Actalent's success; provides more opportunity to support clients' key initiatives

Hanover, Md. (Jan. 5, 2024) – Actalent President Chad Koele and his leadership team have been given responsibility and oversight of Aston Carter, another brand within Allegis Group. The internal alignment within the Allegis Group family of brands follows specialization of Aston Carter's offerings within accounting, finance, human resources, talent acquisition, procurement, supply chain and select administrative professions, and reflects the success of Actalent’s go-to-market strategy for highly specialized solutions.

Actalent's continued growth and position as a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions was a key factor in the decision to align the two brands. Actalent has become the largest talent provider for both engineering and sciences roles, while building out an impressive breadth of specialized services capabilities. Aston Carter’s business will now benefit from the same strategic approach. The two brands will continue to offer distinct, specialized solutions to customers in the marketplace, with an enhanced ability to support clients' business needs through the collaboration of their respective dedicated teams.
