Jeremy Ruaya, PE, PMP, is a senior manager within Actalent’s Transmission Services. He has more than 18 years of experience designing and leading projects for electric utilities. He has broad experience across substations, protection and controls, distribution (overhead and underground) and transmission projects, with technical expertise in transmission line design. Voltages range from 4.16 kV to 345 kV. Jeremy has additional skills in project management, estimating, cost analysis and cost control. He is a professional engineer registered in Oregon, California, New York, Washington and Florida.
