Vijay Mallya

Practice Director Vijay Mallya brings more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing and global engineering services to the Actalent team. In his current role, Vijay oversees more than 1,100 team members across Asia and Europe. Vijay joined Actalent in 2014 after serving as Director of GES for Capgemini India Private Limited, where he was in charge of engineering services operations. Vijay's experience also includes leadership roles at Creative Synergies Group, Geometric, Scandent Solutions, DSQ Software and Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing. Vijay has a demonstrated record of success at evaluating and identifying opportunities for increasing capabilities, optimising costs, and providing tools to create successful teams. He graduated from the University of Mumbai with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
